RES is the nation’s largest and most experienced provider of ecological restoration and water resource solutions. To date, we have restored over 328 stream miles, 58,024 wetland acres, and rehabilitated, preserved, and/or managed over 15,000 acres of special-status species habitats. RES operations include planting over 17,400,000 restorative trees and reducing over 267 tons of polluting nutrients. RES navigates and streamlines the environmental permitting process with solutions that balance economic development and ecological sustainability through the establishment of mitigation/conservation banks, permittee responsible turnkey mitigation, and corporate social responsibility projects   RES is hiring an Assistant Project Manager to assist with the facilitation of projects to ensure timely execution through organization of project components and are completed within budget.   The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for the day to day coordination and/or oversight of each project and will report project progress, issues, concerns, to the PM.  It is expected that the APM will be able to attend site meetings and coordinate with the onsite inspectors, visitors, and other parties associated with the project as a part of their daily duties.  Should project issues arise the APM will coordinate with the PM for guidance and issue resolution.

RES is looking for an Assistant Project Manager with experience in land development, agriculture, or construction, based in our Midwest Region. The Mission: RES currently works in over 27 states, with 20+ projects in each state. Our Operations team relies heavily on our Assistant Project Managers who closely monitor the logistic, material, and regulatory needs of individual projects. Due to the volume of projects in the region, a successful candidate is a detail-oriented professional with experience handling data entry, analysis, and problem-solving; they are an excellent communicator capable of relaying information to a wide spectrum of positions within and outside of the company. RES is looking for a Scientist III with  five (5) years or more of relevant work experience based out of Orlando, FL office.   The mission: our Florida operation is growing exponentially and is in sharp need of a mid-level Scientist to take on regulatory and permitting needs for the Florida Department of Transportation, private developments, municipal clients, private and public utility sector clients, and mitigation bank projects. You will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge of natural resource evaluations and environmental permitting, while learning from the experienced team of senior biologists, scientists, and ecologists!   The final product of your work is a result of tight collaboration between several team members and different teams, who all might speak different technical languages and be located in different geographies. We therefore are looking for a skillful COMMUNICATOR, who will be able to navigate through this complexity.
