RES is currently accepting applications for the position of Client Solutions Associate in our Dallas TX office, with options of operating remotely from San Antonio or Austin.   The Client Solutions Associate position is designed to be an initial entry point into the RES Sales team and plays a major function in supporting the pursuit of RES new business opportunities and execution of RES’s growth strategy.   This role is focused on assisting the sales team in the identification and evaluation of potential projects for clients, building the top of the sales pipeline, and compiling and developing critical client deliverables. This will enable RES to deliver comprehensive ecological restoration and water resource solutions to the clients. You will be also working on building your own professional network as you will be assisting and directly contributing to the sales process as well.     You will be part of a collaborative team that works in an office setting but also spends some time on the road. RES is currently accepting applications for a Project Manager I for Athens GA, or Nashville, TN, reporting to a Sr. Project Manager.   The Project Manager is a key figure in the RES business who supports delivering stream restoration, stream and wetland compensatory mitigation projects, on-time, within the scope, and within budget. He or she constantly communicates with internal and external multi-disciplinary teams (sales, land, permitting, finance, construction), coordinates internal and external resources for the successful execution of all project phases, develop project scopes, schedules, and costs, manages teaming agreements and consultants, and QA/QC.   You will work in a collaborative team that is ready to support your development and work at any time. Be advised that our projects are in several geographical locations around the larger cities, so around 50% day-time road-trip time is expected with no more than 20% overnight stays!

RES is the nation’s largest and most experienced provider of ecological restoration and water resource solutions. To date, we have restored over 328 stream miles, 58,024 wetland acres, and rehabilitated, preserved, and/or managed over 15,000 acres of special-status species habitats. RES operations include planting over 17,400,000 restorative trees and reducing over 267 tons of polluting nutrients. RES navigates and streamlines the environmental permitting process with solutions that balance economic development and ecological sustainability through the establishment of mitigation/conservation banks, permittee responsible turnkey mitigation, and corporate social responsibility projects.   RES is looking for applicants with prior experience in the ecological restoration field.  The job will consist of 100% field work ranging from invasive brush cutting, tree felling, equipment operation, planting, seeding, and maintenance of natural areas through herbicide application and equipment operations. Work is seasonally steady and often will require over 50 hours per week. Some weekend work required during peak periods. Ability to travel up to 75% within the region. Significant travel may be required for some projects.  Travel with overnight stays of 2-6 night periods will be required for job sites.
