RES is looking for Restoration Technicians to take care of our projects in Big Cypress.    The primary function of the Restoration Technician is to complete ecological restoration work in the field. This includes all aspects of restoration work such as planting, seeding, erosion control methods, brush cutting, prescribed burns, light equipment operation, herbicide application to control invasive species, and various other tasks.

RES is partnering with ABC (Associated Builders & Contractors) apprenticeship program to hire an equipment operator apprentice in our Janesville, WI office. This position will enter a candidate into a 3-year program where they will gradually learn trade competencies, ending in qualification for journeyman status in equipment operation.   The perfect candidate will be a ready learner who can commit to a multi-year progression. This candidate needs an aptitude for work in all elements and must be ready to work occasional overtime according to project needs.     Work is seasonally steady and will often require over 50 hours per week. Some weekend work required during peak periods. RES is currently accepting applications for the position of Land Representative, based out of our Offices in Ohio, West Virginia, or Pennsylvania.   The mission: This is a key position for our project development team, since the Land Rep will be developing relationships with prospective landowners and community business leaders, thus securing property rights and enabling project realization. It involves interaction with many of the RES functions, including sales, regulatory, and field operations teams, analysts, and in-house counsel. You will also talk to outside counsel and Real Estate Broker and Agents. You will be working in a team that solves problems collaboratively and supports your needs. Ohio is a growing region for RES, and in the beginning you will be supporting much of our growth there. However, in a medium and long term, you will tasked with working across several states, including PA, WV and NY.
