RES is currently accepting applications for the position of Client Solutions Associate in our Glen Burnie, MD office.
The Client Solutions Associate role serves as an entry point to the RES Sales team, supporting the pursuit of new business opportunities and RES's growth strategy.
This role is focused on building the top of the sales pipeline, compiling and developing critical client deliverables. This will enable RES to deliver comprehensive ecological restoration and water resource solutions to clients.
You will be part of a collaborative team that works in an office setting but also engages with prospects and clients. This team is ready to support your training and development and expects you to be a detail-oriented self-starter able to work with ambiguity.
50% of your time will be spent contacting new clients and partners over the phone and via email, identifying key decision makers, setting and attending client meetings, and qualifying opportunities by scrutinizing available budget, funding and procurement.
25% of your time will be spent working on project deliverables and assisting other sales team members, including crafting presentations and maps, producing impact/offset analysis, qualifications packages, white papers, proposals, and other key client deliverables.
25% of your time will be dedicated to researching new opportunities at the direction of the Sales Team and General Manager and building your own professional network.
