The RES Mine Reclamation team is seeking a dynamic Client Solutions Manager to drive sales and deliver comprehensive ecological solutions to clients across the United States. In this role, you will collaborate with a variety of external and internal stakeholders to create and seize commercial opportunities, aligning with RES’s mission of restoring resilient ecosystems, one project at a time.
Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of medium-to-range sales opportunities (2-3 years), utilizing the region’s strategic business plan as your guide.
Business Development: Focus on Mine Reclamation projects, working with state, federal, private, and local agencies to enhance the company’s market share and foster client relationships.
Deal Origination and Negotiation: Identify, negotiate, and close complex sales deals ranging from $1M to $50M+, covering various phases such as land acquisition, design, construction, and maintenance.
Collaboration: Partner with internal solutions analysts to research new market opportunities, optimize sales activities, and ensure alignment with RES’s strategic goals.
Representation: Act as the liaison for RES’s business interests, coordinating with industry groups, stakeholders, and third-party lobbyists to enhance RES’s presence and influence within the region.

Proven experience in business development and sales within the environmental or ecological services sectors.
Strong understanding of Mine Reclamation processes and related regulations.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at various levels.
Strategic thinking and the ability to develop long-term business plans.
A proactive and collaborative approach to working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
