RES is the nation’s largest and most experienced provider of ecological restoration and water resource solutions. To date, we have restored over 294 stream miles and 58,000 wetland acres and conserved and preserved 9,100 acres of endangered species habitats. RES operations include planting over 14,000,000 restorative trees and reducing over 250 tons of polluting nutrients. The desired candidate’s responsibilities would include, but are not limited to performing all aspects of stream related fieldwork, writing technical reports, collecting and organizing data, site assessments, support and development of stream restoration designs, and basic restoration plan development/production. The ideal candidate will have experience in hydrologic and hydraulic modelling, 3-D design, natural channel design, fluvial geomorphology, field survey and data collection techniques, and environmental regulations. Responsibilities would also include coordination with multi-disciplinary project teams and local jurisdictions. The successful candidate will be an integral part of a diverse design team that is involved in all project aspects including land acquisition, design, permitting, construction, monitoring and maintenance.
