    RES is accepting applications for a full-time Office Coordinator to provide broad administrative support to a team of project managers, sales representatives and environmental specialists for our Maryland locations.  The position will reside in our Odenton office but will also provide support to our Baltimore office and Ardwick Ardmore Yard.

    Responsibilities

    We are looking for candidates who are not afraid to roll up their sleeves and jump in to get things done.  The successful candidate will have a positive, upbeat, can-do attitude and approach typical office duties with a cheerful and polite demeanor. 

     

    Experience with the following:

    • Serving as primary point of contact for staff and vendors on facility needs. This may include general maintenance and repairs, security and safety, furniture and equipment, space planning and renovations.
    • Filing documents, data entry, invoices, contracts, and other important company documents
    • On occasion handle special administrative projects
    • Track vehicle, company, and employee certifications for renewal
    • Order office supplies for all offices, coordinate deliveries
    • Manage gas and corporate credit cards along with EZ pass accounts
    • Light, general office tidying during the workweek (common space areas, etc.)
    • Booking meetings, seminars and conferences, as well as catering arrangements as needed

    Qualifications

    • Previous work experience with strong administrative skills
    • Attention to detail and thoroughness of project completion
    • Strong computer skills (MS Office, Adobe, etc.)
    • Notary Public would be a plus
