RES is the nation’s largest and most experienced provider of ecological restoration and water resource solutions. To date, we have restored over 180 stream miles and 40,400 wetland acres and conserved and preserved 6,100 acres of endangered species habitats. The Client Solutions Project Manager (CSPM) is responsible for direct sales support via project planning, concept development, field data collection and calculations, and technical support for stream, wetland, stormwater, species, green infrastructure and water quality projects throughout RES Region 4.
The CSPM will work closely with Client Solutions Managers (CSMs), clients and project partners to develop technical components of project concepts that lead into proposal development and responses to procurement requests. Responsibilities will also include the preparation of proposals, budgetary estimates, concept maps and plans, land analysis and market demand analysis. The CSPM will support all functions of sales by assisting the CSM in developing the client trusted advisor relationship, driving the RES solution by engaging the project team on proposal submittals, and helping to build and maintain the sales pipeline. A successful candidate will have the skills and abilities to interact with clients, consultants, engineers, contractors and regulatory agencies by communicating proactively and responding to requests in a timely manner.
