Overview

To date, we have restored over 180 stream miles and 40,400 wetland acres and conserved and preserved 6,100 acres of endangered species habitats. RES operations include planting over 11,000,000 restorative trees and reducing over 240 tons of polluting nutrients. RES navigates and streamlines the environmental permitting process with solutions that balance economic development and ecological sustainability.

 

The Region Land Legal Coordinator will assist the region land department and in-house counsel with management of real estate transactions and real property holdings.

Responsibilities

This individual will be responsible, but not limited to:

  • Managing real estate closings across multiple states and varying asset types
  • Managing title work, surveys and other real estate transactions due diligence
  • Coordinating review with in-house counsel
  • Maintaining physical and electronic files including a real property schedule and schedule of outstanding real estate contracts and their critical dates

Qualifications

 

Minimum:

 

  • A minimum of two-years’ experience in corporate real estate or land work
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid time management and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail

 

Desired:

  • Four-year degree OR two-year degree coupled with a paralegal certificate
