RES is the nation’s largest and most experienced provider of ecological restoration and water resource solutions. To date, we have restored over 180 stream miles and 40,400 wetland acres and conserved and preserved 6,100 acres of endangered species habitats. RES operations include planting over 11,000,000 restorative trees and reducing over 240 tons of polluting nutrients. RES is driving towards building a strong Human Resources organization to support our greatest asset: people. This position will help lead all aspects of Human Resources for the company. The position will report to the Chief Financial Officer and will assist the management team in making decisions related to employee matters.
The Human Resources- Director will be responsible for the design, implementation and administration of HR policies, programs and practices that support the business objectives, enhance the working environment, maintain the core values, and ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws.
A successful candidate will demonstrate a high degree of integrity and ethical behavior as well as a high energy and approachable nature, and be creative and proactive in coming up with solutions to issues facing the organization through rapid growth.
