The Stormwater Project Manager is responsible for project planning, design plans and calculations, permitting, construction administration, studies, and surveys for stormwater projects in southeastern Pennsylvania. The Project Manager will conduct design and construction supervision and quality assurance / quality control to ensure projects are executed as planned, as well as on time and on budget. Management responsibilities will also include the preparation of requests for proposals, budgetary estimates, contract specifications, and project schedules.
The Project Manager will prepare design plans, calculations, reports, and permit applications to support project development. The Project Manager with oversee field tasks including subsurface investigations and topographic surveys. The Project Manager will perform other duties as required.
